Crown Point is situated on 60 acres along the rapidly developing I-65/US231 corridor in northwest Indiana in close proximity to Chicago.

Currently under development, the 475,000 square-foot power center will serve a population of 42,724 which is projected to grow to 50,269 by 2011.
