Currently under development, Kendall Marketplace, located on a 193-acre parcel in Yorkville, Illinois, will feature nearly 800,000 s.f. of retail space, including Super Target, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Marshalls.

The new power town center is located in Kendall County, the third fastest growing county in the United States, and will cater to an expanding population with an average household income in excess of $100,000.
